Add optical disk cartridge failed to complete successfully.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An add optical disk cartridge into optical device &1 did not complete successfully. See previous messages for more information about this error. Also refer to messages in the QJOBSCD job log for additional information.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that optical device &1 is varied on and try the request again. You may need to eject the cartridge and re-load it.
