Remove optical disk cartridge failed to complete successfully.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A remove optical disk cartridge from optical device &1 failed to complete successfully. The optical disk was removed from device &1 but updates to the optical index database failed to complete. See previous messages in the QJOBSCD job log for more information about this error.
Recovery . . . : Use the Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command to rebuild the optical index database for device &1. This can be done using the following command: RCLOPT MLB(&1) OPTION(*SYNC).
