Not authorized to initialize volume &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You do not have sufficient authority to initialize the volume. Volume &2 on optical device &1 is secured by authorization list &3.
Recovery . . . : If the volume is in a DVD device, obtain *CHANGE authority to authorization list &3 for volume &2. If the volume is in a media library device, obtain *ALL authority to authorization list &3 for volume &2. Once you have the proper authority try the request again.
