Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A write operation was attempted for file &3 on optical volume &2 in device &1. Volume &2 is sequence number &4 in a multiple volume set and cannot be reused without first being cleared or re-initialized.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Use C to cancel processing.
-- Use INZ to initialize volume &2 and continue.
-- Use G to try the operation again after loading another volume.
To use G with a virtual device, add the desired volume to the image catalog from another session using Add Image Catalog Entry (ADDIMGCLGE). Once the volume is mounted return to this inquiry message and type G to continue processing.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
C -- Cancel processing.
INZ -- Initialize the volume and continue processing.
G -- Continue processing.
