Error reading media during sector read.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : An error occurred during a sector read request to optical volume &1 in device &5. The number of blocks requested was &2. The number of blocks returned to the caller's buffer was &3. The error occurred when reading block number &4. If the block in error could not be determined the block number will be -1. Error code is &6. The error codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - Device or media error.
02 - Block &4 not yet written. The block which was to be read has not yet be written.
Recovery . . . : The error codes and their recovery actions are as follows:
01 - Check for the following:
-> If a block in error was returned, specify a different range of blocks and try the request again.
-> If the block in error is unknown, the problem was most likely the result of a device error.
-> Check the job log for additional messages about the cause of the error.
-> Check the QSYSOPR message queue for messages giving more information about recovery for this error.
02 - Change the block to be read to one which is already written.
