Error during sector read.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred during a sector read to optical volume &1 in device &2. The request was made to read &8 blocks starting at block &7. The size of the output buffer (in bytes) was &9. The reason code is &5. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - Device &2 is an optical library device (*MLB). When issuing a sector read request to a device, the device must be an optical device (*OPT).
02 - The request was issued to device &2 which does not contain an optical volume.
03 - The starting block or the number of blocks requested is not allowed. This may be the result of an attempt to read past the last block on the media.
04 - The number of bytes to read exceeds the size of the output buffer.
Recovery . . . : The reason codes and their recovery actions are as follows:
01 - Specify an optical device or issue the sector read to a specific volume instead of a device and try the request again.
02 - Load an optical cartridge into device &2 and try the request again.
03 - Verify that the request does not attempt to read blocks that are out of range for volume &1. To read the first block on the media, a starting block of 0 should be specified.
04 - Verify that the number of blocks to read multiplied by the block size for volume &1 does not exceed the output buffer size. Try the request again.
