Message : OPT1790
Operation not allowed or conflicts with another request.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The reason code is &3. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - There are files open on optical volume &2.
02 - Another operation requiring exclusive use of optical volume &2, or the optical volume on the opposite side, is in progress.
03 - Volume &2 or device &1 is in use by another file system running on system &5.
04 - Either an Add Optical Cartridge (ADDOPTCTG) or Remove Optical Cartridge (RMVOPTCTG) CL command for optical library &1 is in progress.
05 - An unexpected error occurred on optical device &1.
06 - The media characteristics for the source and target volumes do not match. The block size and media type of both volumes must be identical. The target volume capacity must be greater than or equal to the source volume capacity.
07 - The device(s) needed to complete this request are busy.
08 - The target volume, specified on the Duplicate Optical (DUPOPT) CL command, is on the opposite side of the source volume.
09 - Access to shared device &1 denied by hosting system.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following based on the reason code shown:
01 - Close any open files then try the request again. If the error continues, use Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) CL command to vary off optical device &1, vary it on, then try the request again.
02 - Wait until the previous operation to optical volume &2, or the optical volume on the opposite side is complete, then try the request again.
03 - Wait until &5 is finished using the volume then try the request again. If you must release the volume, issue DSPOPT VOL(*MOUNTED) DEV(&1) and refer to the help text for the "Volume held by" field for instructions on releasing the volume.
04 - Wait until the operation is complete, then try the request again.
05 - Use Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) CL command to vary off optical device &1, vary it on, then try the request again.
06 - View the physical characteristics of the source and target optical volumes to ensure that they are the same. If the operation was a Duplicate Optical (DUPOPT) CL command, use the Display Optical (DSPOPT) CL command to view the characteristics for both volumes. If the operation was a Restore Object (RST) CL command, use either Display Tape (DSPTAP), Display Save File (DSPSAVF), Display Diskette (DSPDKT), or Display Optical (DSPOPT) CL commands to view the media characteristics of the source optical volume that was saved. Try the request again specifying a target volume with the same physical characteristics as the source volume.
07 - Wait for the device(s) to become available then try the request again.
08 - Specify a target volume that is NOT on the opposite side of the source volume, then try the request again.
09 - Wait until the hosting system makes the device available. Then, try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The extended status for the error is &4.
