Error accessing optical directory index file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred when accessing the optical directory index file QAMOPVR in library QUSRSYS. Either the file doesn't exist, the file is in use, or the file needs to be rebuilt.
Recovery . . . : First verify that the file exists using the Work with Objects (WRKOBJ) CL command. To do the enter the following command: WRKOBJ OBJ(QUSRSYS/QAMOPVR). If the file does not exist rebuild it using Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command. To do this enter the following command: RCLOPT MLB(*ALL) OPTION(*SYNC).
If the file does exist use Work with Object Locks (WRKOBJLCK) command on file QUSRSYS/QAMOPVR to determine if another job has a lock on this file. From the Work with Object Locks panel press F6 to Work with member locks. This will show you locks held by other jobs. If other jobs hold locks, you may need to wait until those jobs release the locks before your request will successfully run.
If no other jobs are holding locks, try the request again. If the error continues, rebuild the optical indexes by entering the following Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command: RCLOPT MLB(*ALL) OPTION(*UPDATE).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error code &1 was returned when accessing the optical directory index file.
