Message : OPT1864
Insufficient allocated and operational optical drives.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Request to optical library &1 failed. The library does not have enough allocated and operational optical drives to complete the request. Use the Work with Media Library Status (WRKMLBSTS) CL command to check that the optical drives are operational and are allocated to the optical library.
Recovery . . . : If any of the optical drives are deallocated use option 4 (Allocate resource) on the Work with Media Library Status display to allocate the drive to the library.
If any of the optical drives are not in an OPERATIONAL status use option 2 (Vary off) to vary off the library. After the library is varied off use option 1 (Vary on) to vary on the library. All drives should now have a status of OPERATIONAL. If any of the drives have a status of FAILED check the QSYSOPR message queue and contact your hardware service provider to correct the problem.
Once the optical library has a status of ACTIVE and all optical drives are allocated and operational try your request again.
