A problem has occurred during volume, directory or file name translation.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred when translating optical volume, directory or file names from Coded Character Set ID (CCSID) &1 to CCSID &2. The reason code is &4. The reason codes and their meaning are:
01 - One of the CCSIDs is not valid or is not supported. The translation did not occur.
02 - Partial translation occurred. One or more characters could not be translated so a substitution character was used.
03 - An unexpected return code during translation was received.
Recovery . . . : The recovery for the various reason codes follow:
01 - Initialize the volume with a supported CCSID. NOTE: Any existing data on the volume will be lost.
02 - There is no recovery. There may be a problem on the reverse translation if the substitute character is undefined.
03 - Contact your next level of support. The unexpected internal return code is &3.
