TOVOL on opposite side of FROMVOL.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The copy requested a target volume &2 that is on the opposite side of the cartridge for source volume &1. This request failed because the ALWCPYOPP parameter was not set to *YES.
Recovery . . . : To allow a copy from one side of the cartridge to the other side, change the ALWCPYOPP parameter to *YES and try the request again. Note that copying from one side to the opposite side of a cartridge will result in extra processing time to complete the request.
