Copy not permitted to backup volume.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Volume &1 which was selected as the target for the copy is a backup volume. You have not requested a copy to a backup volume.
Recovery . . . : Use a primary volume for the copy request or if a backup volume is required, specify *BACKUP on the TOVOL parameter and try the request again.
