Error during Convert Optical Backup.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred during Convert Optical Backup which resulted in unsuccessful completion of the command. The reason code is &2. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - The backup control file could not be read. Either no primary volume was ever copied to this volume, or an unexpected error occurred when reading the file. See previous message for more information.
02 - The backup control file was successfully read but the primary volume control attribute did not exist in the file. See previous message for more information.
03 - An error occurred when reading the volume attributes. See previous message for more information.
04 - An error occurred when writing the volume attributes. See previous message for more information.
05 - An error occurred when accessing file QAMOVAR in library QUSRSYS. See previous message for more information.
06 - An error occurred when writing the new volume identifier to the optical volume. See previous message for more information.
Recovery . . . : The recovery actions for the reason codes are as follows:
01 - Try the request again specifying a new volume name other than *PRVPRIVOL.
02 - Try the request again specifying a new volume name other than *PRVPRIVOL.
03 - See the previous message in the job log to determine what caused the error. Correct the problem and try the request again.
04 - See the previous message in the job log to determine what caused the error. Correct the problem and try the request again. The volume may have been successfully converted to a primary volume but the command could not complete as requested.
05 - See the previous message in the job log to determine what caused the error. The volume was converted to a primary volume but the optical indexes were not successfully updated. Issue Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command for optical volume &1 specifying OPTION(*UPDATE).
06 - See the previous message in the job log to determine what caused the error. The volume was converted to a primary volume but the new volume identifier could not be written to the media. To rename the volume use Rename Object (RNM) CL command or Work with Optical Volumes (WRKOPTVOL) CL command.
