Cause . . . . . : Reclaim of the optical index entries for optical library device &1 was partially successful. A complete index reclaim was not possible because errors occurred while reading one or more of the volumes in optical media library &1 during reclaim processing.
Recovery . . . : See the messages in the job log for the specific errors that occurred during reclaim processing. Correct the errors and try the request again.
