Optical volume &1 in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command requires exclusive use of optical volume &1 while reclaiming its index entries.
Recovery . . . : Enter the Display Optical Locks (DSPOPTLCK) CL command specifying TYPE(*VOL) VOL(&1) to determine which jobs are using the volume. Wait until the volume is available, then try the request again.
