Message : OPT2188
Optical index files are damaged.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred attempting to access the optical index database files. The files may have been previously damaged or destroyed.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work Object (WRKOBJ) CL command specifying OBJ(QUSRSYS/QAMO*) to display the logical and physical files for the optical index database. First delete the logical files by selecting the Delete option from the Work with Objects panel for files with an attribute of LF. Then delete the physical files by selecting the Delete option from the Work with Objects panel for files with an attribute of PF. To re-create the optical index database, vary on all library devices and issue the Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command specifying MLB(*ALL) OPTION(*SYNC). If the problem occurs again report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command or call your next level of support.
