Error occurred while creating the optical directory index for volume &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error occurred during Reclaim Optical (RCLOPT) CL command processing when an attempt was made to create the optical directory index entries for volume &1. The optical directory index entries for volume &1 were not reclaimed.
Recovery . . . : Reclaim Optical processing will continue for the remaining optical volumes or optical libraries requested. Reclaim Optical processing for volume &1 is terminated.
See the job log for the cause of the error that occurred while creating the optical directory index for volume &1. Correct the error and try the reclaim request for volume &1 again.
