Not authorized to optical volume &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to access optical volume &2 but the requester does not have sufficient authority to authorization list &1 which secures the volume.
Recovery . . . : Obtain sufficient authority from your security officer or a user with *AUTLMGT authority to authorization list &1 and try the request again. The Security - Reference manual, SC41-5302, contains authority information for the operation.
