Not authorized to file or directory.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You attempted to access file or directory &2 on optical volume &1. You do not have sufficient authority to &3. Use the Display Authority (DSPAUT) CL command to display the authorities for the object in the QOPT file system.
Recovery . . . : Obtain permission to use the object and try the operation again. Permission must be granted by the owner or other authorized person. The Security - Reference manual, SC41-5302, contains authority information for the operation.
