Unable to secure volume with authorization list specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An Add Optical Cartridge (ADDOPTCTG) CL command was issued to optical media library device &4. The command specified that the volumes being added are to be secured with authorization list &1. The volumes were successfully added to &4 but optical volume &2 cannot be secured with the authorization list specified. Optical volume &2 is currently secured by authorization list &3. The requester is not authorized to change the authorization list that secures volume &2. To do this the requester must have *AUTLMGT authority to authorization list &3.
Recovery . . . : The volume was successfully added to the media library device but the authorization list securing it remains the same. To change the authorization list securing volume &2 use the Change Optical Volume (CHGOPTVOL) CL command. Prior to issuing this command ensure you have *AUTLMGT authority to authorization list &3.
