Duplicate volume name.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During a dynamic volume table rebuild or when processing an Add Optical Server (ADDOPTSVR) CL command, a duplicate volume name was found. Volume &1 was found in device &3, this volume name is already known in device &2. No access will be allowed to volume &1 in device &3. Volume &1 in device &2 remains accessible.
Recovery . . . : Notify the individual responsible for adding or removing optical cartridges that duplicate volume names exist. Have them remove volume &1 from either device. After one of the volumes has been removed, issue the Add Optical Server (ADDOPTSVR) command for device &3.
