Cause . . . . . : Error while converting from picture to coded arithmetic. The character value of the picture does not correspond to its specification. Either the character value of the picture was not initialized or it was changed using a different view.
Recovery . . . : Initialize the picture item or prevent the change from a nonpictured view.
