ERROR condition at &4 in &3. ONCODE &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A free area chain element was found that contained invalid information. The most common causes for this are using storage that has already been freed, and using a based variable as a target that is longer than the variable that was used in the ALLOCATE statement.
Recovery . . . : Correct invalid references to based storage.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The free area chain links those areas of storage freed by previous FREE statements. The first sixteen bytes of a freed block of storage contain chaining information.
