Cause . . . . . : An UNDEFINEDFILE condition was raised for file &2. A conflict in the file attributes exists at open time between the attributes in the declaration statement and those in the implicit or explicit OPEN statement. If a file is implicitly opened, a READ or GET statement implies INPUT, a WRITE or PUT statement implies OUTPUT, and a REWRITE or DELETE statement implies UPDATE.
Recovery . . . : Correct the file attributes or use the correct access statement.
