The &4 day grace period for using PSF without paying for it has expired.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &5 to which the writer was started is configured as AFP (*YES) in the printer device description, and the Print Services Facility feature of the operating system has not been installed within the &4 day grace period.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
- If you do not need to use AFP, reconfigure the device as AFP(*NO) using the CHGDEVPRT command and restart the writer.
- Order and install the Print Services Facility feature of the operating system and restart the writer.
If the device can only be configured as AFP(*YES), the Print Services Facility feature of the operating system must be ordered and installed.
