Object &13 of type &15 included with the IOB structured field could not be found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error was found while processing file &1 number &7 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &8 at &9. IOCA, GOCA and BCOCA objects included with an IOB structured field are only supported inline with the spooled file. If you specified absolute fidelity, processing of the print request ended. If you specified content fidelity, the IOB structured field was skipped processing of the print request continued.
The error was found with reason code &16. The reason codes have the following meanings:
1 -- Error in spooled file &1 number &7 for job &5/&4/&3 created on system &8 at &9.
2 -- Error in external resource &13 in library &11 of type &15.
3 -- Error in inline resource &13 of type &15.
Recovery . . . : Correct the print file or overlay, and submit the print request again. For more information about the structured field, refer to Mixed Object Document Content Architecture Reference, SC31-6802.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
