A resource named as a secondary resource on an IOB structured field is not named in the AEG of the page or overlay.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error was found while processing file &1 number &27 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38. An Include Object (IOB) structured field calls for a secondary resource. This resource must be named in an MDR in the Active Environment Group (AEG) of the page or overlay containing the IOB structured field. If you specified absolute fidelity or the error occurred in a resource of type *PAGDFN, processing of the print request ended. If you specified content fidelity, the current page or resource being processed was skipped and processing of the print request continued.
The error detected with reason code &16. The reason codes have the following meanings:
1 -- Error in spooled file &1 number &27 for job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38.
2 -- Error in external resource &42 in library &13 of type &15.
3 -- Error in inline resource &42 of type &15.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and submit the print request again. For information about structured fields, refer to Mixed Object Document Content Architecture Reference (SC31-6802) and AFP: Programming Guide and Line Data Reference (S544-3884).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
