The entity at character count number &30 is not defined in the document type definition.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error was found while processing file &1 number &27 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38. The character count number specified above is relative to the start of the spooled file. PSF only allows internal general entity references which must be defined in an internal document type definition (DTD). Processing of your print request has ended.
The error found with reason code &16. The reason codes have the following meanings:
1 -- Error in spooled file &1 number &27 for job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38.
2 -- Error in external resource &42 in library &13 of type &15.
3 -- Error in inline resource &42 of type &15.
Recovery . . . : If you created the XML data, correct the error and resubmit the print request. Refer to the XML specification Extensible Markup Language (XML) 1.0 which can be found at the World Wide Web Consortium Web site. If the XML data has no error, the error might be a PSF logic error. If you used a program to create the XML data, contact your system programmer.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
