The Medium Map &25 specified in the Medium Map Name Parameter of CCP &22 was not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error was found while processing file &1 number &27 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38. The CCP structured field has a value that is not valid. The Medium Map Name parameter in one of the repeating groups of the CCP structured field specifies the token name of a Medium Map. This token name is used to locate the Medium Map requested in the form definition. This Medium Map Name must match the value specified in the Token Name parameter in one of the BMM structured fields in the current form definition. Processing of your print request ended.
The error found with reason code &16. The reason codes have the following meanings:
1 -- Error in spooled file &1 number &27 for job &5/&4/&3 created on system &37 at &38.
2 -- Error in external resource &42 in library &13 of type &15.
3 -- Error in inline resource &42 of type &15.
Recovery . . . : You must correct the CCP structured field in the page definition and submit the print request again. For more information about the structured field refer to Mixed Object Document Content Architecture Reference (SC31-6802) and AFP: Programming Guide and Line Data Reference (S544-3884).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
