The connection to device &3 has been released.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The session with the device at RMTLOCNAME &9, using PORT &10, ended because the release timer (RLSTMR) expired.
Recovery . . . : You can change the value specified for the release timer (RLSTMR) to control how long the printer writer waits for a spooled file to be ready for printing before the session is ended. Use CHGPSFCFG to specify this value. A value of *NOMAX will prevent the device from timing out.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &1.
