The dialog with device &3 has been released.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The dialog with the device has been released because the release timer (RLSTMR) expired.
Recovery . . . : You can change the value specified for the release timer (RLSTMR) to control how long the printer writer waits for a spooled file to be ready for printing before the dialog is ended. Use CHGPSFCFG to specify this value. A value of *NOMAX prevents the device from timing out.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &1.
