Activation of a printer resident code page failed for device &9.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The print request referenced a printer resident code page with Code Page Global ID (CPGID) of &13, and Graphic Character Set Global ID (GCSGID) of &12. This code page does not exist in device &9. The error occurred in file &1 number &14 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &15 at &16. Processing of the print request ended.
Recovery . . . : You may submit the print request again to a device which contains the referenced GCSGID and CPGID combination. You may change the print request to use a different GCSGID and CPGID combination that exists in the device. Refer to the device documentation to verify that the requested GCSGID and CPGID combination is valid for the device. For some devices, specifying a GCSGID OF '0000'X may result in a successful activation of a device version of the code page. A device version of a code page contains all of the characters that were registered for a device at the time the device was developed. If the problem continues, report it by using the ANZPRB command. Technical description . . . . . . . . : The code page was specified in a Map Data Resource (MDR) strcutured field which contained a Font Coded Graphic Character Set Identifier triplet. The GCSGID and CPGID combination does not exist in device &9. The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
