Stream file not found for user &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to use file &16 specified by PDF user program (PDFMAPPGM) &7/&8 specified in the PSF configuration object. The file could not be found. This file is being used for the email, either inline or as an attachment. The error occurred while processing the print request for file &1 number &2 in job &5/&4/&3 created on system &14 at &15.
Recovery . . . : Correct the file name and submit the print request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The internal message identifier (ID) is &6.
