The user profile specified as the mail sender does not have a correct directory entry.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The user profile specified as the sender of the email (PDFSENDER in the PSF configuration object or MAILSENDER in the USRDFNDTA value in the printer file) does not have a correct system distribution directory entry. When using SNDDST as the PDFMAILSVR value, the user profile must have an entry in the system distribution directory. When using a mail server, the user profile must also have an SMTP entry in the directory. The file that was being processed is file &1 number &2 in job &5/&4/&3 created on on system &7 at &8.
Recovery . . . : The file will be held. Processing will continue with the next ready file.
