Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the value of an array subscript or the bounds of a substring reference is outside the bounds of the array or string. The MI instruction number corresponding to statement &10 is &11. The low-level statement ID is &12, and the low-level MI instruction number is &13.
Recovery . . . : Ensure the value of the array subscript or the bounds of the substring reference is inside the bounds of the array or string.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The program ends.
