No value is specified for the ENVPGM parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You must specify a program name for the ENVPGM parameter of the QPXXCALL Extended Program Model (EPM) interface program. The QPXXCALL program attempts to create an EPM environment if the ENVID parameter is:

1. A user specified environment name and the EPM environment does not exist.
2. The special value *MAIN and the environment does not exist.
3. The special value *REEN and the environment number parameter is zero.
In all cases, the ENVPGM parameter must contain the name of the program that you specified for the ROOTPGM parameter of the SETPGMINF command.
Recovery . . . : Supply the required program name or use an existing environment.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The environment is not created and the entry point is not called.
