Cause . . . . . : External symbol &1 is referenced or defined by both program &3 and program &4. One program uses it as an entry point, and the other uses it as a REF/DEF data name. You must use a given symbol consistently in an environment.
Recovery . . . : Use &1 consistently in programs &3 and &4.
