Special value parameter for keyword &1 is invalid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A special value (beginning with *) or restricted value was specified for keyword &1, but the specified value is not a valid value for the keyword. The name of the file variable being opened is &2. If the name of the file variable is of the form PASCALnnnn, the variable is an element of an array or was allocated with the NEW procedure.
Recovery . . . : Use a valid special value for keyword &1.
