Numeric parameter for keyword &1 is invalid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Keyword &1 requires a numeric value for a parameter, but the specified parameter is not a numeric value. The name of the file variable being opened is &2. If the name of the file variable is of the form PASCALnnnn, the variable is an element of an array or was allocated with the NEW procedure.
Recovery . . . : Replace the specified parameter with a numeric value.
