Open options cannot be used with file type.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Some open options keywords are not compatible with some file types. The name of the file variable being opened is &2. If the name of the file variable is of the form PASCALnnnn, the variable is an element of an array or was allocated with the NEW procedure.
Recovery . . . : Either change the file type or the open options keyword.
