Invalid character in open options parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A character that is invalid outside a quoted string was found in the parameter for keyword &1. The name of the file variable being opened is &2. If the name of the file variable is of the form PASCALnnnn, the variable is an element of an array or was allocated with the NEW procedure.
Recovery . . . : Remove the invalid character from open options parameter for keyword &1.
