Locale command is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The locale description command you used is not part of the set of valid locale description commands.
Recovery . . . : Use only valid C/400 locale commands.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The compiler does not process the incorrect command but continues to compile the remainder of the source file. If compiler errors occur, the locale description object is not created.
