The 'bit_mask' value specified is not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The 'bit_mask' value specified contains an incorrect combination of attribute specifiers.
Recovery . . . : Change the 'bit_mask' so that it does not contain the incorrect combination. The 'bit_mask' attribute specifiers 'A', 'L' and 'U' cannot be used with the attribute specifiers 'C', 'D', 'P' or 'S'.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The compiler does not process this command, but continues to compiler the remainder of the source file. If compiler errors occur, the locale description object is not created.
