The 'day' parameter is out of range.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the 'day' parameter is not within the valid range.
Recovery . . . : The 'day' parameter must be within the range of 1 through 31 if the 'week' value is 0. If the 'week' value is a not a zero, the 'day' parameter must be within a range of 0 through 6.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The compile does not process this command, but continues to compile the remainder of the source file. If compiler errors occur, the locale description object is not created.
