Cause . . . . . : The parameter was not the correct type for the current locale description command.
Recovery . . . : Use a parameter of type 'second'.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The compiler does not process the incorrect command, but continues to process the remainder of the source file. If compiler errors occur the locale description object is be created.
