The Language identifier specified on the CPYSYSCOL command is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The parameter was not correct for the current locale description.
Recovery . . . : Use a valid language identifier.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The compiler does not process this command, but continues to compile the remainder of the source file. If compiler errors occur, the locale description object is not created.
