WARNING - &1 not defined consistently and cannot be initialized.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Program &2 contains an initialization for external variable &1. Storage for the variable has already been allocated by program &3, and does not match the storage defined by program &2.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that variable &1 is defined consistently within program &2 and program &3, or change the definition that is not initialized to a reference.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If not corrected, the initialization will not be performed when the program is called. The command continues running.
