Routine is not active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You set the current qualification, with the Extended Program Model (EPM) debug command Qualify, to an inactive routine.
Recovery . . . : Correct any errors in the routine name. If the routine name is correct, you can only view static and external variables because the routine is not active.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The EPM debug command is processed, but you cannot view local automatic variables for this routine.
