Message : PWS0019
The database server cannot be run.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The subsystem is not active. The subsystem must be active to support a stream fetch request.
Recovery . . . : If the subsystem is not active, start it using the Start Subsystem (STRSBS) command.
Start the database server by using the command STRHOSTSVR SERVER(*DATABASE).
Vary off and vary on the controller to reset it to use the subsystem.
