Query has an odd number of DBCS characters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You created a query using a Double Byte Character Set (DBCS). Each DBCS character should occupy two character spaces, but the query contains an odd number of characters. You cannot save or run a query that has an odd number of DBCS characters.
Recovery . . . : Check the query and correct any errors you may have made. Then retry the request.
